Get to Know

Life can be challenging at times and we cannot always deal with things on our own. Starting therapy takes a lot of courage and can be a daunting, yet highly rewarding experience. I believe that if we are able to become curious and open to the process of therapy, our lives can become more connected, grounded, and enriched in the process. It is my mission and commitment to support you through this process with a warm, supportive, and collaborative spirit. I believe that everyone needs to feel heard and supported. I am here to give you the non-judgmental support and safe space that you need to heal, grow and begin to feel better.

Although I have many years of training and experience, I strive to keep my continuing education cutting-edge and up-to-date by frequently attending the latest training and workshops to further my expertise, awareness, and understanding, so I can help you most effectively.
