Getting to know me:

I believe taking part in therapy shows courage, and a willingness to make positive
changes for your growth and wellbeing. It is an honor to work with you and to be

I provide both brief and long-term in-depth therapy and have over 20 years of
experience as a therapist. Drawing on a variety of psychotherapy approaches
including Client Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Insight-Oriented
Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI),
