Therapy Approach:

I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership; while I bring knowledge on various coping skills and interventions, you are the expert of your own life. Together, we will identify the sources and triggers of your symptoms and find realistic coping skills that you can use to help improve your day-to-day life. I will support you in coping with and processing distressing events in your life. I will provide a safe, comfortable, and trusting environment where you feel respected. My approach to therapy is always client-centered, holistic, and judgement free. Regardless of what is going on in your life, we will work through it together.
