Rebecca Zuehlke
Works with:
Clients across the lifespan, with the most experience with early adolescence to middle age. I also have experience working with individuals living with cognitive or physical disabilities, including autism.
Therapy Approach:
My therapy approach is to partner with you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. I believe strongly in the power of a safe space with no judgments and a listening year.
Some therapeutic approaches I utilize in treatment are trauma informed, mindfulness and meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, empowerment theory, and narrative theory amongst others. I also like to work with you on visual strategies to pull abstract thoughts and feelings and put them on a medium where you have the ability to be more self-reflective.
I'm also always learning more, to provide the best match of therapeutic approaches to the clientele I'm servicing.
