Therapy Approach:

Are you struggling with issues such as racing thoughts, low motivation, lack of joy or having difficulty letting go of past hurts? Let's work together in navigating, understanding and processing your unresolved strife and thus reach a healthier mental-emotional plateau. Due to education, career and life experience I have developed an eclectic client-centered approach in guiding others in finding what has been missing within themselves. I have background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic therapy, mindfulness, and meditation.

I also wanted to note about healing from trauma - a person may experience thoughts and feelings that they have not felt in a long time. Know that I am here for you when we embark on this journey of real healing.

Get to Know:

Having worked in a range of settings in my career I have become familiar with an equally large range of diagnoses. Since then, I have found a preference for working outpatient and a comfort with tele-counseling. Aside from my professional pursuits I have an Eastern approach in as I have kept to a set of daily spiritual practices that help keep my cup full. By doing so aids me as to better aid others in filling their own, because otherwise you're just borrowing from tomorrow.

Some of my personal interests consists of camping, reiki, hiking, gaming, and writing poetry.

  • I have over 8 years experience, five in outpatient settings and over three in Residential Mental Health
