Get to know:
As a therapist, I believe there is no such thing as seeking therapy at the right time. Every moment is the right moment to grow. Holding to a lifelong personal belief that authenticity, empathy, and honesty are the hallmarks of a successful therapeutic relationship. I strive to provide my clients with a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space. I draw from various modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, STAIR, and DBT. My work has been dedicated to helping clients develop the tools to sustain a healthy approach to life. Often encouraging them to take steps towards what matters. My approach to therapy is warm, relaxed, and direct. I believe change is individual and often times, progress is a marathon, not a sprint. I go according to your abilities, meeting you where you are and working from there.
