With almost 20 years of working in Mental Health, I provide a warm therapeutic environment to help you meet your needs whether it’s common life stressors or symptoms of depression and other mental health issues.

I view therapy as a safe space where you can openly discuss life’s issues without judgement. I seek to be someone who can assist you in learning ways to cope and develop skills that can relieve whatever stressor you are experiencing in your life.
