With 17 years of experience across diverse settings, including outpatients and inpatient setting, my therapeutic approach is grounded in client-centered and culturally sensitive principles. I specialize in addressing challenges related to immigration, facilitating cultural integration, navigating relationship issues, enhancing self-worth, managing workplace difficulties, and addressing overthinking and anxiety. I am committed to providing comprehensive support tailored to each individual's unique needs and cultural background.

As a psychotherapist, I bring a diverse and compassionate therapeutic approach to my clients. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused, Goal Oriented, Client-Centered and Motivational Interviewing modalities, I am committed to fostering positive change and empowering individuals on their unique journey. With a strength-based and empathetic approach, I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore and navigate challenges, ultimately promoting personal growth and well-being. Your mental health is my priority, and I am here to guide you toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Education and Experience:

I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR), culminating in the completion of my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2006. Over the years, my professional journey has encompassed a rich tapestry of experiences. I have had the privilege of working extensively with adult and geriatric populations, facilitating individual and group therapy, contributing to the field in a state hospital, practicing in a private setting, working for the U.S. military abroad, working in inpatient settings, working with immigrants, and specializing in family and couple therapy. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a broad skill set to address the unique needs of individuals and families across various contexts.
