Therapy approach:
My focus as a therapist is to reduce suffering and increase the client’s capacity for a fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach is holistic and rooted in kindness and empathy. I utilize a blend of different treatment modalities to best meet the unique needs of the individuals, couples, and families I work with. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built through collaboration and trust.
I strive to create a safe space, free of judgment, that supports meaningful discovery. Every individual deserves the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of themselves through exploration of past and present experiences. I believe in the importance of equipping clients with skills to better manage stressors in the present. With increased insight and healthy coping skills, clients are empowered to live authentically and with intention.
