My approach to therapy is a person-centered approach. I want everyone I work with to feel validated and understood. I believe you are the expert on your life. I believe that you know you best. You can count on me to always engage deeply with you, to hear you in a full and complete way. Models of treatment I use include EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Trauma Focused Therapies.

It has been my great privilege to work in the mental health field for the past thirteen years. I have worked closely with people of all ages to address a myriad of life and diagnostic challenges.
For me, the therapy relationship is primary and sacred and it is the quality of this relationship which more than anything else, impacts the quality of the treatment.
