Therapy Approach/Areas of Specialization:

I believe every person is unique, as is their innermost worries, fears, goals, and dreams. I work with my clients to cultivate a safe therapeutic space that encourages growth and healing.

My area of focus includes working with couples and individuals facing major life transitions and challenges. I tailor the treatment to the strengths and challenges that an individual or couple is facing. Treatments are designed for the client’s unique relationship. I have experience working with a diverse/multicultural set of clientele. I enjoy helping my clients develop more compassionate, loving and respectful relationships with themselves and others.

My approach to treatment incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy/Mindfulness, Interpersonal, Solution Focused and Strength Based approaches. By implementing complementary therapy approaches and techniques we will work together to develop awareness as we embark on a courageous journey of creating meaningful changes in life.
