I use a strength-based approach that helps clients set goals that can lead to greater happiness and long-lasting change.  I am skilled at applying therapeutic approaches that are reflective and are action oriented and are based on that individual’s unique situation.  My collaborative approach involves principles from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness.
