Ellen Wiener
I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience who provides a strengths-based approach to working with clients. I believe that therapy should be a place where you can express yourself freely and comfortably. These sessions are also a place where you can center on self-development and goals. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.
The following are modalities which are offered within these sessions: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, life review, psychodynamic theory, relational theory, and positive psychology.
These sessions can help a person to navigate through the ups and downs of life as well as grief and loss. It is my belief and my experience that these sessions can create a hopeful environment where one can learn to create a more flourishing and happier life.
