My approach is structured to meet the individual where they are at. My core foundations in therapy are rooted in liberation and decolonization beliefs.
In my years working individuals I have spent most of my time engaged with both adolescents and adults experiencing crisis. I see the individual as the expert, and I as a passenger. I believe the individual is the expert of themselves, and poses strengths and knowledge needed to work through their current situation. I offer a supportive environment from which to explore thoughts, beliefs, and concerns.
