Therapy Approach:

My aim is to provide the right tools at the right time in order to make the greatest impact in my work with clients. In keeping with that, I draw from a variety of modalities and frameworks including: DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Liberation Health, and Outdoor/Ecotherapy. My approach centers the client and their needs in the moment that they are in, as I believe the therapeutic process is strengthened by being present, remaining curious, and prioritizing compassion and collaboration.

Areas of Specialization:

  • Anxiety & depression
  • Parenting & family transitions
  • Intergenerational Trauma
  • Dual diagnosis

Get to Know:

After working with and learning from clients from all walks of life over the past decade, I’ve found that relationship is at the root of any transformation. We are a social species and our connections to each other are imperative for our wellbeing, which is why therapy can be so healing. The trust developed between a client and a therapist is what allows for curiosity, understanding, and change to unfold in their work together. I deeply respect the courage it takes to self-reflect and seek a better life and I look forward to working with anyone taking steps on that path. Everyone deserves to live a healthy, connected, and meaningful life and therapy is one way of moving towards that.
