Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, chronic pain, or past trauma? I specialize in treating individuals with these concerns. As your therapist, I strive to help you live a life of peace, freedom, and all things you imagine for yourself and your life. My treatment and interventions work to integrate the mind and body into therapy, using somatic techniques. I have advanced training in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy/ Sexual Health.
I work to create a safe, non judgemental, healing, and empowering therapeutic space for my clients. I use a holistic and person-centered framework to provide specialized mental and emotional health treatment. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds from all different walks of life! I value providing professional, caring, and supportive mental health care. My approach to mental health treatment and interventions works to develop a sense of safety in the mind and body.
