Requirements:

• Independent LMHC license in MA
  
• Minimum 15 client sessions/week preferred (schedule is flexible)
  
• Willingness to commit to a long-term role (3-year ideal)
  

Preferred Skills & Backgrounds:

• Bilingual fluency
  
• Experience in trauma, DBT, or couples therapy
  
• Comfort with both remote and in-office formats
  

Location Options:

• Remote (telehealth) for MA-licensed LMHCs
• Brookline, MA office for in-person or hybrid work
