Boston Evening Therapy Associates (BETA) is hiring LICSWs and LCSWs with a Massachusetts license (or actively pursuing one) to join our growing private practice team. Whether you want to work remotely from anywhere in Massachusetts or see clients in our Brighton office, we offer a flexible, well-supported opportunity designed for long-term success.

We’re Looking For:
- Independently licensed LICSWs in Massachusetts
- LCSWs working toward independent status (must plan to obtain MA license within 3 months)
- Clinicians passionate about meaningful, client-first therapy work
Requirements:
- MA LICSW license (or willingness to apply for reciprocity)
- Minimum 15 sessions/week preferred (flexible scheduling supported)
- Desire for long-term professional home (3-year commitment ideal)
Preferred Skills & Backgrounds:
- Trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or DBT experience
- Interest in group therapy or specialization areas
- Bilingual clinicians highly encouraged to apply
Location Options:
- Remote (telehealth) for MA-licensed therapists
- Brighton, MA office for in-person or hybrid scheduling
